Lemon-Lime Mintaid

Okay, so the summer is obviously ending because you can feel the coll air in the morning and smell fall.  And right now I'm reminiscing  about the good old summer nights and volcanic summer days staying indoors in the cool air conditioning drinking a nice virgin mojito.  So I'm going to show you how to make mah lemon-lime mintaid, one of mah favoritest things EVER!!!

Okay so first you have to get the stuff together.

Lemon-Lime Mintaid

6-12 sprigs of mint
3/4 cup of sugar
4 Tbsp Lime juice from Concentrate or 6 Tbsp fresh Lime
2 Tbsp lemon juice from concentrate or 2 Tbsp fresh Lemon
8 Cups water

First get the mint leaves off the stems and put them into a mortar.

Now Add in 2 Tablespoons of the sugar.

Now Pulverize it and mix it around with the mortar until it is turned into green sugary paste.

Now add in the paste into your pitcher and add in the rest of the sugar.  Add in the juices and mix well.  Now add in about half the water.  Mix it until it dissolves.  Now add in the rest and you're done.

It's a super easy and delicious recipe and I live to drink it all the time during the summer. That's it...an easy post and now...I'm...spent...bye y'all!

Hugs and Kisses
Kyle
